Booking terms and payment policies for Adair Venue. Marked as pending owner confirmation before public launch.
Booking Retainer
A 50% non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure reservations made more than 45 days in advance of the event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the event.
Bookings Within 45 Days
Reservations made 45 days or less before the event date require full payment (100%) at the time of booking.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of JMD $75,000 is required along with the final payment. This deposit is refunded within 3-5 business days following the event, provided there are no damages, outstanding charges, or breaches of the venue's terms and conditions.
Outside Vendors
Outside vendors are permitted, subject to our vendor policies. Please confirm any external vendors with our team during the enquiry process.
